Making flexible working work.
Helping ambitious professionals and progressive organisations make flexible working work — for people and performance.
Flexible working shouldn't depend on luck.
Most organisations already have flexible working policies in place.
But whether those policies translate into positive experiences often depends on something far less consistent: the manager, the team, or the support people receive.
The organisations seeing the greatest success don't stop at policy.
They equip managers, support employees and create the conditions for flexible working to succeed in practice - so that people can thrive and organisations can perform at their best.
That's the gap I help organisations close.

Why organisations choose to work with me
Making flexible working work isn't just about policy, coaching or good intentions.
It takes someone who understands the realities from every perspective.
Commercial understanding
With more than 15 years' experience spanning HR, leadership, talent and organisational development, I understand the commercial realities organisations and leaders face every day.
Professional coaching
As an ICF Accredited Executive Coach, I combine thoughtful challenge with practical support, helping people think more clearly, make confident decisions and create lasting change.
Lived experience
As a part-time working mum of three, I've lived the realities of flexible working myself. I've experienced it as an employee, a leader and a parent—having job-shared and led teams while working three days a week. I know first-hand what it takes to make flexible working work in practice.
Partnership
I'm equally invested in people and performance. I care deeply about creating environments where organisations succeed because their people are thriving - not at the expense of them.
Professional enough to understand the business. Personable enough to understand the people. Honest enough to challenge. Committed enough to care.

Why I do this work
I'm on a mission to make flexible working work—not just on paper, but in real life.
I spent years helping organisations create the conditions for people and performance to thrive.
Then flexible working stopped being something I simply supported professionally and it became part of my own story.
Returning to work after each of my three children looked different every time. I experienced flexible working as an employee, as a leader and through a job-share. I experienced the pull of wanting to be fully present at work and fully present at home - and often feeling like I was falling short at both.
At the same time, I've sat in rooms where organisations genuinely wanted to support flexible working, but didn't know how to make it work in practice. I've also sat with talented professionals wondering why they had to choose between the career they wanted and the life they wanted. And I would repeatedly hear things like…
"We've approved their flexible working request … what more do they need?"
"Job shares sound great, but they feel too complicated."
“My company will only accommodate part-time roles up to director level. So I’m having to return to full-time or look elsewhere.”
And I watched talented people quietly adapt themselves instead.
They worked longer or disengaged.
They questioned themselves.
They made themselves smaller.
Some burned out.
Others simply left.
I realised that flexible working isn't solved by changing the hours.
It requires different conversations, different leadership and different ways of working.
That's why I built this business.
Because I believe organisations shouldn't have to choose between performance and people.
And people shouldn't have to choose between meaningful careers and meaningful lives.

Let’s start with a conversation
If something you've read here has resonates, let's talk.
Whether you're an organisation looking to make flexible working work in practice, or an individual navigating change, our first conversation is simply a chance to explore what's going on, what you'd like to be different and whether I'm the right person to help.
No pressure. No obligation. Just an honest conversation to explore whether working together feels right.
