About me
I work in partnership with people who want space to think clearly and move forward in a way that feels true to them.
My coaching is thoughtful, collaborative and grounded in both empathy and challenge. I don’t offer quick fixes or tell people what to do. Instead, I help people step back from the noise, understand what’s really driving the pressure, and create more intentional and sustainable ways of working and living.
Alongside my coaching practice, I bring 15+ years’ experience working across HR, leadership, talent and performance within corporate environments, as well as extensive experience coaching leaders and individuals through periods of pressure, change and growth.
I’ve worked across start-ups, multinationals, professional services, technology and the charity sector, giving me a grounded understanding of the realities and tensions many people are navigating at work today.
As a part-time working mum of 3 boys, I also understand first-hand the complexity of balancing meaningful work alongside the realities of family life — particularly for women trying to sustain ambitious careers within systems and expectations that don’t always feel designed for flexibility.
At the heart of my work is a belief that women shouldn’t have to choose between meaningful careers and the life they want outside of work.
